Mr. Harsh Shah

Mr. Harsh Shah
Harsh Shah is the Chief Executive Officer and Whole-time Director of IndiGrid Infrastructure Trust – one of EnerGrid’s founding members. Mr. Shah comes with extensive experience in the infrastructure sector across bidding, financing, operations, mergers and acquisitions and regulatory policy.
A member of SEBI Advisory Committee for InvITs and REITs in India, Mr. Shah is widely regarded as a pioneering member and thought leader of the Indian InvIT industry.
Prior to IndiGrid, Mr. Shah has worked with other industry leader like Sterlite Power Transmission Limited, Larsen & Toubro Limited, L&T Infrastructure Finance Company Limited and Procter & Gamble. He holds a master’s degree in business administration from National University of Singapore and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Nirma Institute of Technology, Gujarat University.
Mr. Rohit Anand

Mr. Rohit Anand
Rohit Anand is the Regional Head (South-East Asia) and Head of Infrastructure Equity, Asia at British International Investment (BII), the UK’s development finance institution. Prior to joining BII in 2012, Rohit worked with IDFC Private Equity in Mumbai where he focused on growth capital investments in the infrastructure sector in India. During his time at IDFC Private Equity, he was involved in managing investments in energy, telecom and real estate.
Rohit started his career with Ernst & Young’s M & A/private financing team in India, focusing on transactions in infrastructure, industrials and retails sectors. Rohit is a CFA charter holder, which he was awarded by the CFA Institute, Virginia. He holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from University of Delhi.
Mr. Damien Berlioz

Mr. Damien Berlioz
Damien Berlioz is an Investment Director at Norfund with over 16 years of experience across banking, finance, and renewable energy across emerging markets. Prior to Norfund, he worked in debt and equity capital markets at Commonwealth Bank of Australia and in mergers and acquisitions at hydropower producer SN Power.
A CFA charter holder and INSEAD alumnus, Damien has completed the INSEAD International Directors Programme and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and a Bachelor of Applied Finance from Macquarie University, Australia.
