Mr. Harsh Shah is the Managing Director of IndiGrid. He has extensive experience in infrastructure sector across bidding, financing, operations, mergers and acquisitions and regulatory policy. He was instrumental in setting up IndiGrid, India’s first infrastructure investment trust in the power transmission sector. He is also a member of the SEBI Advisory Committee for InvITs and REITs. Previously, he has worked with Sterlite Power Transmission Limited, Larsen & Toubro Limited, L&T Infrastructure Finance Company Limited and Procter & Gamble International Operations Pte. Limited. He holds a master’s degree in business administration from National University of Singapore and a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Nirma Institute of Technology, Gujarat University.

Ms. Meghana Pandit is the Chief Financial Officer at IndiGrid. Meghana has been associated with IndiGrid since 2018 and was the InvIT’s Chief Investment Officer till May 2025. She holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce and a master’s degree management studies from the University of Mumbai, has cleared all three levels of CFA, CFA Institute (US) and has a post graduate diploma in financial analysis from the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India.

She has over 20 years of experience in investment banking and corporate finance, covering the infrastructure sector across private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, qualified institutional placements and infrastructure investment trusts, in sub-sectors such as roads, airports, renewable power, thermal power, ports and real estate. She has previously worked in IDFC Bank, Deloitte Financial Advisory Services India Private Limited and Essar Steel Limited.

At IndiGrid, she is responsible for the entire Finance function along with Compliance, M&A, fund raising, treasury, investor relations and other growth initiatives.

Mr. Sanil C. Namboodiripad joined IndiGrid as Chief Operating Officer on May 26, 2025, and leads operations across the InvIT’s diverse asset base, including extra high voltage (EHV) transmission lines, substations, solar power plants, and battery energy storage systems (BESS) – spanning  both operational and under-construction projects.

With over 35 years of extensive experience in the Indian power sector, Sanil has held leadership positions across generation and transmission domains, with deep expertise in O&M, asset management, and operational strategy. He began his career with NTPC, serving 18 years at key gas-based projects like Kawas and Dabhol. He then held senior roles at Reliance Power, Sterlite Power, and Adani Transmission, where he managed pan-India portfolios of EHV transmission assets, including 25 substations and over 11,000 circuit kms of transmission lines with HVDC systems.

Most recently, Sanil served as Managing Director at ONGC Tripura Power Company (OTPC), a joint venture of ONGC, GAIL, and the Government of Tripura. Under his leadership, OTPC not only operated a critical 726 MW combined cycle power plant but also diversified into wind and battery storage—developing a 200 MW wind project in Odisha and forming a JV to set up 250 MW/500 MWh BESS in Assam.

Sanil holds a B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and an MBA in Finance. He is a Chartered Engineer, Fellow of the Institution of Engineers (India), and a registered Independent Director, with global affiliations in engineering asset management.

Mr. Abhay Kumar is the Head – Legal and Corporate Affairs for the Investment Manager. He has over 25 years of experience across different Legal Regulatory functions in varied sectors like Power, Telecom, Real Estate and Print and Electronic media. He holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi  and Bachelor of Science ( Maths- Stats- Hons) from Kirori Mal College University of Delhi  . He has previously worked with Tata Power Delhi Distribution Ltd, Jindal Steel and Power Ltd, Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd., Tata Teleservice Ltd and The Tata Power Co Ltd.

Mr. Puneet Singh Chauhan is the Head – Commercial & SCM for the Investment Manager. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from CCS UNIVERSITY Meerut, UP. He has Over 20 years of experience in Power Transmission & Railways Infra sector, worked in developer as well as EPC environment in India, Africa & South America. He has previously worked with BSES, ANGELIQUE, STERLITE & KEC.

Mr. Kundan Kishore is the Chief Human Resources Officer of the Investment Manager. He has over 11 years of experience across different human resources functions. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical Engineering) from Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal and has completed the two-year (full-time) post graduate diploma in management (human resource) in 2009 from the International Management Institute. He has previously worked with Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd., KEC International Limited and TransUnion CIBIL Limited.

Mr. Urmil Shah, aged 37 years, joined IndiGrid in July 2019. Previously, served as the Company Secretary of IRB Infrastructure Private Limited (Investment Manager of IRB InvIT Fund) and was designated as the Compliance Officer of IRB InvIT Fund. Mr. Shah holds a Bachelor’s degree in commerce and is an associate of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Prior to joining IRB in 2011, he was part of the secretarial department of Great Offshore Limited. He has several years of experience in secretarial and compliance functions.
