OVERVIEW

IndiGrid 2 Private Limited (wholly owned subsidiary of IndiGrid Infrastructure Trust) has received the Letter of Intent (LOI) dated February 28, 2025, from REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited to establish Inter-State transmission system for “Transmission scheme for evacuation of power from Ratle HEP (850 MW) & Kiru HEP (624 MW): Part-A” on Build, Own, Operate and Transfer (BOOT) basis.

IndiGrid 2 Private Limited (wholly-owned subsidiary of IndiGrid Infrastructure Trust) has completed the acquisition of 100% paid-up capital and management control of RKPTL from REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited (“REC”) on March 24, 2025.

Ratle Kiru Power Transmission Limited in the Grid

The project is developing crucial transmission infrastructure to evacuate power from India's upcoming Ratle (850 MW) and Kiru (624 MW) hydropower projects in Jammu & Kashmir (J&K).
